After delivery of the order, and in the event that the order could arrive incomplete due to unavailability of any product / s, the return process will begin for the differential amount, to the means of payment used in the purchase, under the terms established by your financial institution.
Once the order is received, no cancellation of the purchase made will be accepted.
We reached all of Peru. Our shipping rate for addresses in Lima is 12 soles and for Provinces 25 soles per shipment.
We ship nationwide (Peru) through a specialized courier service so that your product arrives in optimal condition.
The delivery time of your order will be 1 to 3 days for Lima and 4 to 5 days for Provinces.
